I think the doctors are silly.
The penis is stuck in the bottle because there is a vacuumn in
the bottle, drawing the penis into and jamming the neck of the
bottle.
Drilling a hole into the glass of the bottle would eliminate the
vacuumn, and then the penis can be eased out with lubrications.
Cutting the neck of the bottle? Carefully? How long did it
take?
