zidane won the golden ball

numby SG

so mani ppl voted for him despite his red-card in the final, that goes to show how good a player he is

stellazio SG

they based it on the great player that he is, not his performance during the world cup, which is sad really. I personally felt that Cannavaro was more deserving of it.

numby SG

agree to an extent that he won due to his reputation, i also think cannavaro will be a more deserving winner

snowbird82 SG

They do it so that he can retire in glory..but then the red card alreadi meant that his career will end in shame…Cannavaro deserve to win it.. He was totally awesome , unbeatable and tackling for every ball near the Italian penalty box. And the English media still thinks Terry is the best in the world? Come on…

alwaysdisturbed SG

agree...

CoolMyth SG

The voting was before he got sent off. Laughing

They shall have do the voting after penalties mah.

stellazio SG

singaporeans also think that aide iskandar is the best. Laughing

John Terry's performance in this world cup made him one of the clowns of the tourament... there are so many slip ups from him that he made Ferdinand look like a tower in defence Laughing

field SG

i thought buffon was the best player in the tourny. very commanding in his backline, thats why hes the best right Wink

Parka SG

zidane is totally awesome man wtf r u talking about? he totally headbutted the other guy thats REAL ULTIMATE POWER!!! if you dont believe that Zidane has REAL ULTIMATE POWER you'd better get a life right now or else Zidane will come to your house and headbutt you, thats an easy choice, if you ask me.

and besides, the other guy must have provoked him

Patrik SG

Dun mind meeting him in person.
