what is this rumour going on about the legal driving age to take
a license changing? so far its been those born in 1991 arent
allowed. thats the cap for the age? i really need to know because
im 1991 and im an avid car and driving fan. i always take my
parents car out and its has become and addiction. now i have to
wait another 3 years to take my god forsaken license??
