have u ever seen one, though not on purpose... its
accidental...
u r just sipping hot milo at the kitchen window b4 getting
ready going to bed, then even though there r some curtains
drawn. its still semi transluscent. and some warm yellow lights r
dimmed but still on... it pays to live in higher floors...
