It will have to depend on whether the girl is merely dressing up
in an emo style or she has totally embraced the emo culture. If
she's just dressing up, it's cool, a refreshing change from the
usual monotony. However, if she has plunged straight into the emo
pool, that's akin to facing the girl forever when she's having her
period. Uh, that's definitely not hot, but that's just my 2 cents'
worth.
