Just wondering. If someone has a criminal record in
another country, do Singapore authorities check up on this while
processing visas, work permits, employment passes, PR applications,
etc? Of course they ask "do you have a criminl record?" and
warn about serious penalties for lying, but can they find out if
you don't tell them?
