BrUtUs SG

italy upset the host… hope france win tonite n repeat euro2000

Patrik SG

Very Happy
ITALY!!!!!!!!

TehJarVu SG

i thought germany was going to win the world cup…..

JLennon SG

It sure looks like a repeat of euro 2000 with the Italians upsetting the host and France meeting the Portuguese in the semis.

RockeY SG

The Italians far too experienced for the young Germans. The Germans never

looked like breaking through the Italian Defence.. Offence wise, Italy was

threatening.. Laughing

dragg SG

finally i saw justice. this is revenge on behalf of the argentinians whom should have won. the germans should be happy they made it this far. they were outsiders actually if not for the home advantage.

i hope lippi wont field cameronesi in the final.

canavarro is the probably the best defender in this tournament.

klose is the most improved player. he wasnt this good in 2002. maybe it was a mistake substituting him.

buffon proved why he is the world's most expensive goalkeeper - coz he is the best!!!!

again the italians proved they are slow starters!!! maybe they will be world champion for a 4th time.

Mr. Green

go italy, go!!!!

Patrik SG

Why dun field Cameronesi?
I feel that together with Pirlo and Totti, the 3 of them are the most dangerous italians.
Laughing

blowfish SG

GO GO GO!

798 SG

i wonder wat happened to the germans? were they trying to pin for pk shootout? since they knew italians suck at it?

well serve germany right and i'm glad they are out of this tournament! Mr. Green

BillyBong SG

The well-oiled German Engine has finally crashed thanks to the Italian spanner thrown into the gears... Mr. Green

Too bad, but we all knew this German team lacked the quality and was driven only by heart, belief and sheer will to reach the finals.

In the end, the lack of quality showed, especially in front of goal. Perhaps a certain Kevin Kuranyi watching the match back home might have been sneering to himself... Mr. Green

K800i SG

I am very delighted that Italian has prevailed. All the booing from the German fans

To all credit to the German team, no one expected them to make it to the semi-final , Klinsmnen deserves some credits for it. Good luck to Italy , hope they win the tournament.

laoda99 SG

got wat....even got a yellow card....but look like no use one leh

used SG

italy!!!!!

The man who was death SG

totti was lazy but he played some superb passes, pirlo was brillant, gattuso was tireless and a superb goal from grosso.

italy deserved to win.

used SG

who will miss the final due to suspension?

Poolman SG

Italy won fair and square .

They deserve the victory .

They played better football , althought playing against The Home team , they attacked and attacked and attacked like no tmr .

They not only attacked , when they defense . awesome , Cannavaro and Materazzis is absolutely fault-less . 100% faultless .

Wondering how France or Portugal are to be beat those Italians ?

Only way to win Italy is by penalty , open-goal ? No way .... Italy defense too good .

Jordan SG

Italy will be at full strength, plus Nesta is coming back too! Maybe that’s why Camaronesi is taken off to prevent him getting a possible second yellow, and thus missing the Finals, if they make it.

used SG

already make it wad!

Poolman SG

Italy played 4-5-1 ..... and why did everyone says Cameronesi played badly ? He is a very good team player . Camoronesi have a difficult game la , if you have Zambrotta , a right back , kept moving up , Camo has to cover back , not easy u know ?

Poolman SG

Germany will be a force in South Africa @2010 , cos after four years , players like Klose still has one more WC to go , Podoski is only 25 , and Lahm only what ? 24 ?

And there are plenty of young Germans in their Under 21s and Under-20 etc ....

Brigt future for Germany .

France no more bright future ..... this will be their last burst for WC .
