i'm a guy but let me tell u...last time when i reached puberty,
my nipples...errr....i think are like girls one (now seen pics i
know) - all puff, pointy and pinky. dat time whenever i took off my
shirt my friends keep touching them...and i nearly beat them up!!!
i was all worried and keep try to push it down everyday...the more
i press, become redder and attract more ppl...but it only go away
when around 17...and i once saw a young boy swimmer at the pool
which resembles me where i was...and it was a turn-on 
....so it's not ok to watch nips (girls or boys)...it's a
turn-on object!
so guys n girls same? depends...mostly no....but some can be same -
esp during puberty
