Brazil might want to seek revenge for the World Cup 1998
embarassment, whereby they lose 0-3 against France. But today's
France is no longer the powerhouse they used to be. With so many
aging stars, they have yet to find worthy successors. Maybe except
for Franck Ribery. Not to mention Henry's form has yet to prove
what that was done for Arsenal.
Brazil is a team that starts slow in every major tournaments, even
for this WC. With a strike force in Fat Ron, Adriano, Ronaldinho
and Kaka, aging defenders like Thuram and Sagnol will have problems
stopping them.
My prediction: Brazil to win 3-0
