Do you smell something fishy in WC2006?

Spook SG

Why so many late goals?

Why so many goals after 80mins?

Co-incidence?

Tactical?

Rolling Eyes

Agenda SG

This topic is worthless and I won’t even need to explain why..

Aveme SG

Late goals also goal, early goals also goal, normal play time goals also goal.

Then what next you say too many early goals/normal time play goals so fishy?

That is why i hate people who bet $$ then complain this complain that say kelong here and there when results not to what they expect.

monoslayer SG

bcos the ball is round! Mad Mad

MosPyramid SG

They play tatically, yes.

They have to preserves energy at first, coz they doesn't really know they enviroment in Germany, so at the last 80 mins, they found they still have a lot of energy so let it out..

Some other saying is betting is closed at 80 mins. which cause a fortune for all and lose for others.

Spook SG

Me Loved watching live matches, but not betting on it. hence nothing to complaint about.

Heard last betting over the net cut-off is at 75min or 80min. can anyone confirm this?

If you are betting, juz be careful Laughing

if u think its another match fixing thing, go write to FIFA

sand king SG

-.-'''

Fishy? nope no fish in world cup, just many many balls...

casino_king SG

1. Players tired
2. Late so have to take more chances and so open to more risks
hmmmmmm... can't think of anymore reasons

dinky1409 SG

Aiyah nothing to worry about le.. In fact I would think there are quite a number of goals scored within the first 10 mins of the game.. Mr. Green

casino_king SG

England Paraguay….. within 4 minutes. Own goal counts or not?

iveco SG

The only thing fishy about WC2006 is the referees’ decisions.

The man who was death SG

there are more early goals which is unusual

finoq SG

yeah for some reason i see a lot of yellow cards and fouls...more than usual

finoq SG

it's not as if this happens every match, this topic might be more sensible if late goals were scored in almost every match.

Aveme SG

well special instructions by FIFA were told to the refs to protect the players better.Eg two footed tackle=immediate yellow card as well as yellow card for simulation (eg diving). Thus esp for those teams that played their usual physcial approach, previously were never book but here they are booked under the new rules and thus the abundant of yellow cards being dished out.

WiNtEr'SkiLL SG

If u play soccer urself u will know a goal which is scored anytime in the match is considered a goal

so no complains then

iveco SG

I also noticed a few players been booked for time wasting.

Poolman SG

Good mean good , lousy means lousy ....... win means win , lost means lost ....... goal is a goal , who care when it is score or conceded .

Kelong ? maybe David Beckham needs kelong , cos his salary not good enough . Mr. Green

JusStatic SG

You bet in football matches? If not why so concerned about the late goals?

Life cycle of a football better: Joy -> Despair -> Desperation -> Anger -> blaming everything on kelong theories and mafias/bookies etc...

They always have the mindset of world class players will everytime beat the lousier ones. Well yes if you play PS2's Winning 11 Wink
