It depend whether is it during starting of the period or the ending of period.

If it was when starting of her period, then chances are she'll not get pregnant.

If it was when ending of her period, then there is a slight probability of she getting pregnant.

not really a question of dirty, some guys don't care about blood although personally I see blood I feel ooozy, but there real dangers of the transmission of viruses and bacteria. Blood is a rich source for those and they are kept alive in the blood.
