i agree, this is just like the xiao long nu story, having sex
with someone without knowing. That is a story, in real life, it is
almost impossible. Plus the fact that the woman thought whom she
had had sex with was her husband. Which woman would mistake others
for her husband? Why did she not open her eyes and see his face?
This is totally nonsense IMO.
If in any case the woman really did not know, and had sex with
another man and stuff, still, this is not rape. Rape's when one is
forced to have sex with, or unwilling sex, but this, like the woman
had said, willingly. This is not rape as both parties are
willing.
