England vs Ecuador

Ecuador, should have hit with 1 goal before half time. Simply no luck when the shot hit the bar. England should be punished with their vulnerable defence....

weiqimun SG

i hope sven's reign in ingerland ends after the game....

enuf of rubbish talk from him and also his under-achievers like terryaki, lanpard and buckham.

K800i SG

I think Sven should be brave enough to drop Beckham. I think Beckham is the weakest link. Replace him with Lennon who can do more tricks. Gerrard or Terry should be the Captain .

I say Ecuador to win 1-0 .

Poolman SG

This match Gerrard will take-over from Owen , Crouch and Gerrard will partner upfront .

Rooney just behind this two .

Carrick and Lampard in the middle .

And Cole might be drop . Leaving Beckham just roaming on the right

Sol Campbell and John Terry for defense .

Right and left back no change .

Just my probable , adventurous line-up .

blowfish SG

ENGLAND WILL BE OUT!

LazerLordz SG

England to go out, unless Sven plays Walcott and Cole on the wings, 4-5-1 style with Rooney upfront.

Drop Gerrard, and play Carragher with Lampard as the diamond head.

K800i SG

You are a joker. If Sven really follow what you say, all i can say is Goodbye England.

The man who was death SG

england should stick with owen hargreaves as def mid, in fact he shld be playing there all this while

stellazio SG

they say that this is the best squad that england has had for a long time, but a pity their manager do not match the calibre. Neutral

zocoss SG

Support England without your pants?

Sagara SG

Ecuador to win,

Only if England do not change their tactics

Poolman SG

Drop Beckham ? In fact , after 3 games , i think England's secret weapon is Beckham afterall .

U all not aware ? Since the beginning of the campaign , England had not try to use Beckham's strength in free-kicks , to win games ?

Crouch can Owen can anytime get some fouls just outside the box , and present Beckham with a chance to win games , which he is so specialised at , but England didn't .

SGE is hiding some secrets under his sleeve .

We shall see "who's the real Beckham" against Ecuador . Cool

stellazio SG

yea, beckham has made many assists already. this world cup all the hype on wayne rooney while he will quietly do his job and deliver.

JLennon SG

true. we have seen quite a number of goals that came out of set pieces in these world cup. May England play to her strength.

I see funny posts that suggest 'should play X in instead of Y' and ending up the post with 'England to lose' or something like that. what da fark you suggest that formation for in the first place? contradicting yourself?

casino_king SG

England can lose due to bad luck. Anyway this is the knock out stage. We should see England's true colours. I think Englad will try for 3-0 before settling down. Should be a good match. If England wins whom will they play?

Patrik SG

Either Holland or Portugal.

casino_king SG

So England should slide into the semis before meeting some real competition.

Args seems vulnerable if they let in a Mexico goal so easily?

Looks more and more like England winning this world to me!
Cool

Patrik SG

Laughing

BrUtUs SG

they still far from winning.... semis? ecuador can be a challenge liao.... even if ecuador kelong, playing holland or portugal is even harder or they even get thrash by them...

LinYu SG

Mr. Green

BrUtUs SG
