From my shallow research..
Normally,Viagra can be purchased at any clinics, but u have to pay
for the consultation fee and each viagra cost around $15-25. so in
order to save cost, people(normally) will buy not juz one, but
maybe half a dozen or more. Viagra will simulate ur penis and
allows it in a "ready" mode, BUT u got no control over it, imagine
u have it "ready" for 10 hours. So Basically, Viagra can give the
man the hardness but no feeling, u will experience uncomfort or
even pain for having the hardness for 10 hours, lastly at the end
of the day, u WILL damage ur kiney(Tested and proven). 
of course u can get some cheaper ones from overseas, i have
encounter one for $5, but think again if one product's selling
price is $5, please use common sense to calculate the cost price. n
with that cost price, whats the Viagra containning inside?
But i have an product that have got no side effect at all and of
course at a effortable price. Not single complain so far and u will
