Hershey SG setting new pub is not easy…never expect to make money for the 1st two years…usually 1st two years you want to build up your regular base customers before you can actually make money.

BadzMaro SG Depends what your target customers. Normally takes about 3-5 yrs to properly earn back. Dont forget yearly renovation costs etc etc.. took me 2.5 years to break even. then reno again.. so.. there it goes.
