wat late drama! the polish keeper was repelling every effort from the germans, the crossbar denied them a goal twice.. it was really not the germans day.. when the match seems to b heading for a dull draw, suddenly in the dying seconds comes one winning goal! phew.. nearly tear my winning ticket into pieces..

The Poles are not out of the World Cup yet, that is mathematically. They need COSTA RICA to beat ECUADOR and in the final matches, for Germany to beat ECUADOR and POLAND must beat COSTA RICA. That will create 3 teams on 3 points and then it will go down to those goal diff etc thingy to decide. So if tomorrow, ECUADOR draws or beat Costa Rica, that is goodbye to Poland liao.

Ecuador need just a win to progress with The Germans .

a few things to note.

poland need to practise more on their shooting and finishing.

the 2nd foul that led to the red card was damn silly, especially when they are there to play for a draw.

germany deserves more than one goal.

poland's goalie had a superb day.

Poland defended well but too bad late late goal... Oh well for the way Germany played, they are deserving winners after all.. Germany surprise me. I always thought they are a boring team but so far the 2 games, they played brilliant attacking football. They got brilliant youngsters... Mr. Green
