Not true... first of all, the penis is not a muscle...

The heart is a cardiac muscle design to only stay at a specific size coz any bigger will disrupt the blood flow in a human body...

The penis however is somewhat like a Copra Cavernosa balloon and some ligaments... These two things can be stretched to grow... But will not grow on its own... Kinda like doing a normal stretching exercise for your ligaments...
