No way Arsenal will break the bank for a 30+ yr-old player, even
if that person is Sheva. It conflicts with their youth policy of
fielding 20+ yr-old players as the maintstay of the team.
Anyway, Sheva is a target man; he doesn't really fit into the slick
passing game of Arsenal.
