McClaren and his men has yet again demonstrated their will and
determination to come back from a 3-0 agregate deficit for the 2nd
straight uefa cup tie to qualify for the UEFA cup final! This time
the victims were Steaue Bucharest, who found themselves coasting
with a 2-0 lead on the night at Riverside, and 3-0 up on aggregate
with the advantage of 2 away goals. However they still find
themselves on the wrong end of a 4-2 scoreline, courtesy of a 88th
min winner from Massimo Macarrone.
Boro is without doubt the comeback kings of Europe this season! I
watched the game and frankly, its quite breath taking, although the
defence on both sides are horrendus
