U'R DEAD WRONG, in his examination, he has the right to ask for
u to remove ur top. U can ask for a nurse to be present but if u
reject, anything major that he miss out resulting in u being in a
more serious medical condition, u can't sue him.
No pt calling police, even if u bring it to court, trust me, u will
lose.
Dun u use the word "STOOP". It is part and parcel of the physical
examination, not that we want u to strip. In fact, the more
thorough ones will ask u to remove to listen carefully. It is coz
of some females being uncomfortable that GPs just do it quickly,
anything refer to specialist. We do not want to be accused of
anything even though it may not be true.
