Sounds like a good principle.

The man can fool around outside for all she care as long as he comes home to her. I am sure the guys will agree that it is the secret to a happy marriage but can the women accept that?

Of course it must work both ways, the women must be allowed to do whatever they want outside as long as they do not come home and brag about it just as the men do not come home and give a blow by blow account. Both parties just close one eye and do not try to find out.

Even now the wife knows that he fools around it is too late for her to hate her hubby & feel disappointed but at most feels sad on both sides.

That is the whole point isn't it? It is only unhappy if both sides do it but does not believe in it. If both sides believed that it is a good thing, I do not see how it is not a happy one.

Er, yah and then there is the fundamental assumption that the couple believes a happy marriage is an open one.
It wouldn't work if the couple believed in a monogamous relationship.

How about your Wife do all her duties? cook for u, help u take care of your kids.. and than on weekend go outside fooling around while u are fooling too? if u yourself could take that. why not?
