if i pass under the ERP gantry at speeds above their defined
threshold speeds, will i be rewarded for not causing congestion and
be given money into my cashcard instead? 
Not gonna work. I bo liao, once tried that on the Gantry near the
CTE exit on PIE at around 9-9.30am at a speed of around 130km/h.
Still heard the beep sound...
