nobody force you to go to school. you go or don;t go its up to
you. there are people as young as 12, don't go school means don't
go.
The teachers just need to fill out form as the student wants to
drop out on his own will. That way save everybody and the gov a lot
of trouble.
Not going to school is common everyway and in every school.
