Reggina defender Joe Bizera has joined the debate over Serie A's
referees.
Reflecting on Sunday's 4-1 drubbing by AC Milan at home, the
Uruguay international said: "One thing I've learned since coming to
Italy is that the referees have a different approach when we play a
big club.
"When you face a big club in Italy your a second-class citizen.
It's not deliberate, but I believe the referees subconsciously rule
against us.
"It's one of the things I've notice in my first months in Italy.
When you face a big club, it's like they're untouchable."
I wonder if this is true several of
reports indicated some truth to this matter
