proportion? 
Reina deserved that red... if not for the lifting his hand against
the Robbin' Hood, then for the maniac lunge at Eidur
Gudjonsen...
but Robben's fall as if he was shot in the head, deserves VERY
harsh penalties...
i would suggest that ALL people who dive like that in order to get
others into trouble be suspended for about 3 months...
and subsequent dives will get them another three...
that'll allow them to attempt to get into another sport like the
10m platform...
seriously.. it has to stop
