there's a whole range of raging controversies over this delicate
issue of Intelligence testing.
However it's well known that a part mor0ngoloid called Lynn, in
order to perpetuate institutionalized racism against black
Africans, theorized and "proved" their lack of high IQs.
So that no one can blame the white man for racism Lynn cleverly put
the caucasian race's IQ just a notch below the weakest,
feeblest-penised, flattest @ssed, purportedly the ugliest, and the
least imaginative race's IQs. That way while no one can accuse Lynn
of being racist against the black Africans, there won't be much in
the way of him bashing the supposedly "inferior" black Africans for
their lower intelligence.
He did carefully orchestrate the IQ score ranges such that the
black IQ's are way below the caucasian IQs (and discusses them in
vivid details) while only putting the caucasian IQ marginally below
the most ugly, least creative, most repulsive race's IQs (to anyone
who's observed or interacted with that particular small eyed race
will realize sooner than later what a hoax that is).
Question naturally arises, if that particular tiny penised race's
IQ were really the highest why didn't Lynn compare the low IQ
scores of black Africans AND caucasians against the feeblest race's
one.
Answer is, the underlying cause for all his research was to have a
go at the black africans by proving them to be mentally inferior
while avoiding the backlash of being cast as a racist.
Quite naturally he had to resort to fabricated IQ scores for the
weakest in musculature, tiny in penis endowment, born with short
limbs and no body hair, ugliest in looks and least intelligent,
creative and independent and muscular race of them all. He raised
their IQs only marginally above that of the white caucasians so no
one can accuse him of racism.
