I need to borrow $20,000 from someone here. I am willing to pay
up to 10% of interest on a reducing balance basis over a period of
12 months with 12 equal installments. I am also prepared to sign an
IOU and verify my identity with my IC and payslip.
I am currently earning around $5,000 per month and repayment will
