Immediately rush to help her up, carry her things for her if she
is carrying any.
Tell her to be more careful the very next time and if the time
allows, if she bleeds, offer her first aid, wash her wounds for her
and introduce yourself. Hehehe.... and hopefully she responds and
then get along well... then an ultimatum starts... 
Don't stare too much yet, just look quickly prior to helping her,
concentrate, look at her eyes, later if the plans above pass, there
is a lot of time still to look
