what you need is "indoor-tanning cream" (Banana boat, brown in
color) from Guardian / Watsons. Just apply, leave on for a few
hours, wash off and notice the part gettin darker. I'm not sure if
you're going to stand around naked while the stuff works, cos the
cream actually stains cloth.
