Very hard lar chief, I think the police would just tell the girl
to delete the account of the person or block it, and probably give
a warning to your friend as well not to disturb them for minor
issues. If not, the whole precinct would be disturbing the police
for such things...
In most part, your friend will have to play by her own rules lor.
