Hi, u can start by skipping or jumping. human bodyframe is locked at 21, so u dont do now u r finished. i use to be 175cm when i enlist.. now im 190cm.

and don't lift weights for the moment coz it stunts growth becuase of your epithelial line/plates in your bones, but it can only stunt growth if you have not finished growing so... haha
