Sometimes he did not warm up his 'engine' and he start charging
at full speed, sometimes pass by the wrong 'road' with out
permission. I think I need to impose an ERP or a cashcard whereby
whenever he needs to pay in order to enter 'CBD'
area...wtf...wtf...if he still carry on, he will be put behind
chocolate bar for life.......wth
