i'm not entirely sure but that's what i over heard from some people. guys do not get punishment for illegal sex at any age unless of 2 things

- he had sex with a girl younger than 16

or

- the girl accused him of rape.

If the guy is not 16, then u could get into trouble with the law. Its not just the girl that counts inthe eyes of the law.

but if the guy so called report the girl who is above 16 that she have sex with him(him being below 16) all the girl have to do is cry rape and the guy is dead

Don't play around with the law....Since it is 16....why go for someone so young? go for someone who is older, or maybe u could wait until you are older if you are below 16....
