I read the ST today which mentioned about a case of 'Happy
Slapping' in UK where a 14 year old boy raped a 11 year old fellow
female school mate and got in all on his camera phone. He then
share the clip with the others in the school through the net. This
phenomenon have been occuring there for quite some time. The
popular use of handphones with cameras are cited as one of the
reasons for such behaviour among youths. Hopefully such trend will
not catch up in Singapore. Comments?
