Lakers fan checking in.
Last season was a total disaster. From losing key players, Shaq,
Payton. Fisher, Horry to acquiring misfiring Butler, Jones and
Vlade Divac, it was a season better forgotten.
This year, newcomer Smush Parker looks impressive at PG. Hopefully,
he can bring in some consistent scoring for the team and relieve
some of the responsilbility off Kobe's shoulders.
It'll take a mammoth effort to win the title again. Difficult but
definitely not impossible. Especially when you have someone like
Kobe Byrant in the team. If the Lakers can successfully build a
team around Kobe this time round, LA will have as good a shot at
the title as anyone else.
