Two basic question need to be answered first:
1) State of mind: Did you want to kill her, or intend to cause
grievous bodily harm to her?
2) The act: did you know of any prevailing condition(s) that might
cause death or grievous bodily harm but yet continue to perform the
act?
2.1) Or were you just trying to boast of your sexual prowess and
performed beyond what a reasonable person will do?
a) If Q1 & Q2 are 'Yes' = murder
b) If Q1 & Q2 'No' but Q2.1 'Yes' = manslaughter
c) If Q1, Q2 & Q2.1 'No' = Innocent
Most crimes require two elements:
Men rea: state of mind &
Actus reus: the act, or omission, or state of affair
*Note: However, if after you saw her in danger, but just watch and
did not do anything (eg. call ambulance), you might become liable
for manslaughter even though you were innocent under c)
