My friend's uncle who work at police force says that molesters/rapists are often beaten up by police, no chance to complain to media what has happened..in addition to 10 years jail (no releasing from jail early , even if good behaviour..)

Erm, we are talking about ABUSE OF POWER here. I think whoever was assaulted by a police officer in remand has every right to DETONATE himself at the police station where the offence took place.
