hi all, as said above...so as the say,the room might be
dark.even if they didnt had sex,the guy oso can be charged with
outrage of modesty for touching her.
there's really this law that say,if the gal had sex believing that
its his husband or bf,then in the later part know that he is
not.the consent is not a consent
fyi,even if a couple have sex in halfway,if the gal suddenly wanna
stop but the guy insist of continue & not stopping.the gal can
report him as rape too even they are couple..
