I think an authentic LV wallet will cost beyond your budget.

Why not save up the $$ and get cheaper wallets? It's not the matter
of the brand of the wallet, IMHO. If you spend $400+ on a wallet,
and end up not having any more $$ in that expensive wallet, no
point. 
That's what I think lah. Heh.
Perhaps you might wanna settle for other brands like Renoma and
Braun Buffel. Cheaper by alot at about $100/wallet. So with your
budget, you can actually buy 1 wallet, and keep the remaining $250
in it.

However, if you insist on getting an expensive one, I'd recommend
Gucci and Salvatore Ferragamo.
