It means "The sexual urge or instinct as it manifests itself in
behavior." and "sexually motivated phenomena or behavior."
BJ is sex. If u think BJ is not "real sex" , u r trying to find
excuse to lie to urself. U r like Bill Clinton. He made an excuse
that what he and Monica did was not really considered sex, BUT
actually it was.
BJ, phone sex, cyber sex, all considered sex.
