No. Death would probably only result from the guy bleeding to
death. As authority for that, i cite the recent example of a woman
in the uK who ripped off her (ex)boyfriend's scrotum, and then
proceeded to hide one of his testicles in her mouth. That man is
still alive today.
Btw, he had refused sex with her just before the incident.
