I can't help you much there, mate. The nightclubs don't put
their drinks menus online...only the pubs like Hard Rock and
BrewerkZ do so you can search and have a look.
A better idea would be finding a book/website on cocktails and
mocktails, as descriptions are hard to find even on menus. Read
through the recipes and ask your friends for their opinions about
the taste and availability of the ones you might want to try.
