Here's a thought, there are these things called MASKS. If you
want to look like a movie star, cut out his/her portrait and use it
as a mask, that way, when you have sex with your partner, they will
think that the movie star is boning them.
Alternatively, you can just throw a towel or a paper back over
his/her face, or close your eyes and let your imagination run wild!
