or you wrote this right before you PCC and after you PCCed... cos
it seemed a little incoherent and contradicting....
anyway, as long as you enjoy doing it, just continue to
enjoy it... be glad that you can still do it... and don't wait till
when you've grown old and flaccid and start regretting you've not
done enough of it....
