Any recommendations for an auto car driving instructor

Hi folks,

If you know any good, friendly and patient driving instructors who do refresher lessons for max $50/1.5 hrs.

Please recommend ok, as most encountered are either rude, or $$$ faces or cant instructor properly.

Thanks
