Actually such tricks and pranks is not universal. At least for me I escape those customs hahahahahaha..........To me I find such stuff boliao hahahahhaa..... my wife also know boliao too hahahha... Mr. Green

she was kinda concerned... basically, she just wanted as little hassle as possible but her hissing sisters weren't about to let her make them lose their "fun"...

Actually i enjoyed those times when i helped my brother - Groom argue our way out from those girls.
Requires lots of wits and negotiation skills.
Kinda fun just as long as both parties are sporting enough.

But there are limitations too. So gotto watch out. Mr. Green

My friend is getting married this Sunday and i'm his best man....i hope you're not one of the bride's 'sister' otherwise i'll bang the wall.

Offer three cups of drink. Each mixed with two kinds of Beer.
Eg: Tiger + Stout.
And ask them to guess the correct brand mixture of beer.

Ask for number of shirt, ties, socks, belt, cedit Card and stuff.
Eg: One White striped Shirt, one Black Polo T, Two Manhattan Credit Card....
Got to be specific lor...

Ask for a representative on Groom's side and give them Three Orange, one mint leaf and a glass of water.
Have representative to finish all of it up within 3mins. Or the brothers should feed the groom, take care not to soil the Groom's suit.
Actually it's the best that The Groom doing it. So that he'll have fresh breath when he kisses the bride!

Always try to explain the meanings of those pranks to the Groom side at the end of the drama. Pranks must also have certain meanings related to the Wed couple or towards communion.

your fun may be an insult to others' dignities...

there are times when i would have liked to use a sledgehammer to bring down the door...

heck.. people say it's tradition.. but even the guy who draws Lao Fu Zi drew a cartoon where he kicked the door down and beat up the hissing sisters...

let their big day be a happy one.. and not let your "fun and atmosphere" turn it into something which will cause embarrassment and loss of dignity to the couple...

if he says no, slam the door and never ever open that door to him coz you'll be doing the bride a favour...

This is a wedding ok where everyone is nicely dressed !!! Can't everyone be more civilised ( why the tricks or pranks ) !!!

My friend wedding, the wife sides went overboard, make everyone do stupid thing including some exercise type !!! imagine all dress nicely got to act like clowns and sweat all over. When all done, they kept add more.

Finally last straw the groom, bring out the final weapon, we secretly brought a foldable table + chairs and a pinic basket, LOL all the goodies ready for a long comfortable wait ! Of course with special good tea and cake , we won the waiting !!!

Sigh... been an auntie once too many times...

sing chinese romantic song loud loud ...
do exercise - 10 push up, star jump etc
list 10 things he like about her
Tell story how they met
Climb up to her room using rope
eat messy stuff
Do stupid things
Make happy noise, laugh, be merry.

At the banquet.
Make them drink raw eggs + cognac
Make they eat a banana together from both ends
Make the bride pass a vibrating pager from one trouser leg to the other trouser leg
Kiss and count down from 10 but keep pausing at 2
Make groom carry bride around table
Many things you can do with food.

Etc.
Had a friend who ask the "aunties" not to do anything. So its quite boring and the same bride also don't give any red paper for the aunties cause she say she's a protestan and do not believe in all that red packet superstition(but she believed in getting Aunties to send her off at 6am.). But then a year before, she was so into santanism. (people change.... for the worse)

I heard some stories are from Hotel Banquet management. one said, the Aunties stuck the key to the Bride's room on the celling of the flat... and others. You guys, should go pick the brains of those banquet managers.
