With the media hyping up sex as being hip and an expression of love, its not surprising so many youngsters get into unwanted pregnancies.

Besides the accidents like condom tearing etc, maybe we should have a post on birth control. The problem is that so many hot blooded teenagers just want to have fun without knowing the different methods of birth control or protection from STDs.

I bet the majority of them don't even know what is the Morning After pill.

Anyways, instead of pointing fingers, always remember that it takes 2 to make a baby.

I'm more towards pro-choice then anti-abortion. However, that doesn't mean that I think any girl who gets an unwanted pregnancy should abort. I just believe that everyone has the right to choose. However, they have to face the consequence of their choice on their own.

He doesn't see why people are making such an issue over an unborn baby. To him afterall the baby is unwanted and needs to be gotten off. And to kill the baby is no different from killing an animal to eat, to fulfill one's desires and all.

There's no point explaining to him how different a human life is from that of an animal. It's one of those things that either you see it or you don't.

But Suicine, let me ask you, let's say you're in a farm or somewhere where there are animals/poultry/livestock. Then, a fire breaks out and both humans and animals are trapped. The fire's too big, and spreading too fast. You can save only either the people or the animals, which would you save?

Adding to that, if let's say the animals/livestock belonged to you, whereas the people are just strangers whom you don't know. Who or which would you save first?

I agree with you, sex and virginity is no longer viewed with as much seriousness as it was in the past. Actually, birth control is actually common and young people know it's there as well. However, they are too unaware of the consequences of not using. Till it happens to them.

As to how I word my sentences, they are how I had word them, fortunately or unfortunately. if you think that I am showing off, so be it. Is it of anything to you that I should choose to (so call accordingly to you) show off (you keep insinuating that I am)? Do you have a problem with people who happen to state a fact about themselves?? So what if I am? what if I am not?

Take my words as they are, read the content for what it is. Dont read more or less in to them. My words are all there take it in context. If you cannot read in context that is your problem. Stop nick picking other people's words and threads.

I do not need you to grade my post or my words. everyone can see the quality or lack thereof of my postings and contributions.

In anyevent, Sumone, I think enough have been said about how i write and how "aggressive" I had in YOUR EYES. I had written the earlier posts entirely out of a grieving heart for these people.

I think you have said enough so lets move on. If we agree on the issues, great. If we dont, we agree to disagree.

But do we have to agree on how the issue is presented or whether you like the way I write even though the facts and discussions are clear?

come on, let it go. We agree that it takes 2 to clap and both suffer greatly. I have not belittled the guys plight but I would like to point out that the girls' situatioin is even worse than the guy - do you dare to disagree with me on this one?

So please dont say "see see my post got you to clarify" or something else - i think its clear enough for the world to see as it is.

So lets just leave me out of this discussion. I do not want anymore discussion about this. If you have nothing constructive to say about the issue on abortion but only words about me and my english then please stop posting.

Please let us agree not to let such a sensitive thread dealing with such suffering become anything else other than a place for people to give their views about the recent happenings and what they think and perhaps how they can change their mindset or advise the people most vulnerable! Agreed?

What am I on about? Rather, what I was on about. I merely explained why I(myself) would have given me the wrong impression. But I had already accepted your points as they were once you clarified. You ask me to move on then what's your post about? Move on.

I was already done with that issue. I've also said what I want about the main topic itself (repeated myself infact).

Nobody's a winner in the case of an abortion. Everybody loses out. If you don't want a pregnancy to deal with, then use protection or don't do it at all. The risks and consequences aren't worth it.

No right or wrong answer here, just wanted to understand your mindset a little more. But given to others, saving the people would rather just be the humane thing to do, and not so much about whether the animals will get eaten or not (horses don't get eaten do they?).

The question about the animals being yours is because I wanted to see if you would think differently when the animals were of importance to you(your income and livelihood, since you're a farmer).
