DriftingGuy SG I have a fren who is a school team in this.... always complain about having to train 3 days a week, but can build upper body strength thats for sure
dzylim SG its been around for a while. while not popular locally, its picking up pace. u should see the oversea teams. all i can say is its a rough sports and definately not for those who are scared of water and bruises.
