kops21 SG Most of us are required to go for IPPT. Some go for Gold, Some go for Silver, Some go for a Pass....Some just wanna avoid RT...... I find it is good if we can find someone of similiar standard to go for IPPT together and motivate each other to reach our target. Let post the date(roughly) we will like to do our IPPT & our $$ target and look for Kaki to go and take the Ang Pow from Mindef?

kops21 SG ....this thread is to gather kaki to go IPPT together. At least during the run, can pace each other and hopefully collect the targeted amt from Mindef leh.... afraid not an offer to train folks on IPPT. hmsg SG IPPT not all about running... others matter too like chin-up... but if u wanna train running then go to run Mac reservoir... always someone running around....
