u can kayak in the sea with 1 star. 2 star is needed to cross
channel and to go long distance expedition. 3 star trains u to be
more proficient in ur skills and self reliance when in water. 4
star... not conducted in SG.
anyway if u are taking ur lesson in Changi. good luck. they have
the highest turnover instructors. most of them are quite fresh.
